There is one accessible parking space outside immediately outside the front enterance.

There is a ramp into the entrance leading to a large double door.

The staff on reception are very helpful and polite.

Toilets

There are two locations for accessible toilets located on the ground floor.

Option 1 These are accessible for wheelchair users but they are extremely small and not large enough to turn around in safely. There is a handrail but it is no good for a right hand transfer. The sink and hand dryer are accessible for wheelchair users. The toilet does not require a RADAR key.

Option 2 There is an accessible toilet located at the back of the function room. This is a large modern accessible toilet.

There are no lifts required within the building.

Restaurant

The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, it is located on the ground floor with a ramp leading down. There is a large dining area with plenty space. They serve breakfast from 7.00 – 9.30 weekdays and until 10 on weekends. They serve lunch 12pm-6pm and dinner 7pm-9.30pm. They don’t offer a larger menu for the visually impaired but this is something they are looking into.

Rooms

They offer a ground floor room but they are not large enough for a wheelchair user. There is no walk-in shower but there is a bath with handrails. However, there is no hoist into the bath. There are handrails for both right hand and left hand transfer.

They don’t offer a vibrating pillow or deaf guard.
