There are two designated accessible parking spaces, close to the front entrance of the building. No ramp needed and clear access through door. There is a large double door and another door inside.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, great customer service.

On ground floor there is an accessible toilet which is big enough for wheelchair user and PA. The toilet has hand rails and the sink and dryer are at a good level. No RADAR Key needed. There is good lighting and clean to a good standard.

There is a lift available; it is a platform lift with a red phone to call reception for assistance or you can call from your room. The lift is located on the ground floor and accessible for a wheelchair user but not enough space for PA, they wait at the top or bottom of the stairs.

The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with plenty of dining space.
