There is accessible parking in The Quays outlet shopping mall. They do offer a drop off point right outside the door.
There is a large accessible entrance into the venue.
The staff members are friendly and well mannered, Simon took the time out of his day to show us around the venue.
Toilet
There is an accessible toilet located at the back of building. The toilet is accessible for wheelchair users and is large enough for a wheelchair to turn around in safely. There is also enough room within the toilet for a PA or family member to assist a wheelchair user.
There are handrails for both transfer sides.
The sink, hand dryer and toilet paper dispenser are accessible for wheelchair users.
The toilet doesn’t require a RADAR key.
There is good bright lighting, the toilets are nice and clean and safe to use.
Accessibility
The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, it is advisable to call and pre-book if you have a very large wheelchair.
The seating plan is open, they do however, have 3 booths and also offer a quiet corner for anyone wishing to be away from the hustle and bustle.
They offer a larger print menu, a braille menu and an allergy & dietary requirements menu.
There are 3 chalk board special menus, so you don’t have to look too far. They also put a little note inside the menus, containing the daily specials.
If anyone requires their food to be liquidised the restaurant doesn’t have the facilities to do this. However, they are happy for people to bring in their own food or happy to help if they have their own machine.
There is quiet music playing in the background.
The restaurants lighting is and bright.
They allow guide dogs into the building.
