There are two designated accessible parking spaces, close to the front entrance of the building. No ramp needed and clear access through door. There is a large double door and another door inside.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, great customer service.

On ground floor there is a accessible toilet which is big enough for wheelchair user and PA. The toilet has hand rails and the sink and dryer are at a good level. No RADAR Key needed. There is good lighting and clean to a good standard.

There is a lift available; it is a platform lift with a red phone to call reception for assistance or you can call from your room. The lift is located on the ground floor and accessible for a wheelchair user but not enough space for PA, they wait at the top or bottom of the stairs.

The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with plenty of dining space.
