Parking
There is lots of accessible parking in Gloucester Quays car park you can park here for free for 4 hours with a blue badge.
Accessibility
There is a large accessible double door leading into the venue. The restaurant is all wheelchair accessible. They offer a larger print menu and a braille menu for the visually impaired.
The seating plan is open with quite a few booths. There are plenty of quite corners within the venue. The 4 corners of the restaurant have adjustable speakers, for those wanting a quieter meal. If you require your food to be liquidised they can offer this facility, or if not they are happy for you to bring in your own food.
The lighting is nice and bright in the restaurant and they allow guide dogs into the building.

It is large enough for a wheelchair to turn around in safely and there is enough room for a PA or family member to assist a wheelchair user. The toilet has a handrail for both transfer sides. Customer Service
The staff members were extremely friendly, very kind and well mannered. Dan the manager, was so lovely and helpful and he made our visit even more enjoyable. He was more than happy to take the time out of his day to answer our questions.

The staff members were friendly and well-mannered and the manager, Shane, took the time out of his day to show us around and answer our questions.
Toilets
There are accessible toilets located at the back of the building.
They are accessible for wheelchair users, they are large enough for a wheelchair to turn around in safely and there is enough space for a PA or family member to assist a wheelchair user.
The toilet has handrails for both transfer sides.
The sink, hand dryer and toilet paper dispenser are all accessible for wheelchair users.
The lockable toilet requires a RADAR key.
The lighting is nice and bright. However, the lightbulb was flickering but the manager said he was sorting it out that day.
Restaurant
The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
The seating plan is open with one large long booth.
There is more seating available upstairs which might be quieter, for people wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle.
They serve food from 12.00pm until 10pm Monday to Saturday and until 9pm on Sundays.
They currently don’t offer larger print menu, braille or a hearing loop but this is something that is coming soon!
If you require your food to be pureed they can help with this facility. If not they are happy for you to bring in your own food.
There is music being played in the background, which is quite loud.
The lighting is really good and very bright.
They allow guide dogs and all other dogs into the building.

If you require your food to be liquidised they don’t offer this facility. Unless you are with a party of 10 or more, they don’t allow people to bring their own food.
There is quiet music playing in the background.

There is an accessible toilet located at the back of building. The toilet is accessible for wheelchair users and is large enough for a wheelchair to turn around in safely. There is also enough room within the toilet for a PA or family member to assist a wheelchair user.

The toilet doesn’t require a RADAR key.
There is good bright lighting, the toilets are nice and clean and safe to use.

The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, it is advisable to call and pre-book if you have a very large wheelchair.
The seating plan is open, they do however, have 3 booths and also offer a quiet corner for anyone wishing to be away from the hustle and bustle.
They offer a larger print menu, a braille menu and an allergy & dietary requirements menu.
There are 3 chalk board special menus, so you don’t have to look too far. They also put a little note inside the menus, containing the daily specials.
If anyone requires their food to be liquidised the restaurant doesn’t have the facilities to do this. However, they are happy for people to bring in their own food or happy to help if they have their own machine.
